Any order you place through our website constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms.

You may use this website only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display or exploit the content of this website without our written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user-name and password if you create an account, and for all activity under your account.

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified, and apply only in South Africa. Delivery charges are not included unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to change prices and product specifications at any time without prior notice.

  1. Colours

We endeavour to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, the appearance may differ depending on your screen and lighting. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be accurate.

  1. Stock Availability

While products are displayed on our website, this does not guarantee they are still in stock. We will endeavour to notify you if your order cannot be fulfilled as displayed.

  1. Accuracy of Website Content

We take reasonable measures to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content is complete or error-free. If a product is offered at the wrong price due to an error, we are not obliged to sell at that price; however, if payment has been made, we will either cancel the order and refund you or offer you the correct price.

  1. Exclusions

Some images (for example, accessories or linens shown with furniture) may not be included in the price. Delivery and assembly fees are usually separate.

  1. Your Comments

You may submit reviews, comments or suggestions on the website provided they do not contain illegal, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material or viruses. Any such submission is subject to our rights to remove it. Impersonation, false e-mail addresses and spam are prohibited.

  1. Terms & Conditions of Sale — Online and In-Store

These Terms form part of the contract for the purchase of goods from us, whether online or in our physical store. When you click “Pay” at checkout, a legally binding agreement is formed between you and us. We reserve the right to decline, limit or cancel any order at our discretion.

  1. Payment

Payment methods accepted may include credit cards, debit cards, instant EFT, direct bank deposits, store credit, and other methods as we make available. Orders will not be processed or delivered unless payment is confirmed in full.

  1. Delivery

Goods will only be dispatched once full payment is received. We will contact you to arrange delivery. On delivery you are required to inspect goods and sign the delivery note; we cannot be held liable for damage not noted at delivery. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control and we will notify you of any delays.

  1. Collections

For in-store or click & collect purchases: you must pay in full and provide proof of purchase/ID when collecting. Inspect goods on collection — once goods leave our premises, we are not liable for claims. If not collected within specified time, additional charges may apply.

  1. Cancellation, Change of Mind and Refunds

If you wish to cancel an online order before dispatch, you may do so for a full refund within a specified time. For goods delivered or collected, you may cancel within 7 working days if they remain unused, in original packaging, and unassembled. Handling/admin fees may apply, and you may be liable for return shipping costs. Some goods (e.g., made-to-order, assembled items) may not qualify.

  1. Returns

Goods that are not defective may be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection, provided they are unused, in original condition and packaging. For defective or damaged goods, you must notify us within a specified period (e.g., 48 hours) and we will arrange inspection, repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Packaging must be retained where required.

  1. Product Assembly

Unless otherwise stated, products are delivered unassembled and assembly is your responsibility unless you have paid for assembly. If you assemble items yourself, any later claims may be affected. No refunds will be issued because you were unaware of assembly requirements.

  1. Electronic Vouchers / Promotional Coupons

Gift vouchers and promotional coupons may only be redeemed according to their terms. They cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers, or used for delivery charges unless explicitly allowed. We are not liable for loss, theft or misuse of vouchers.

  1. Security

We employ industry standard measures (e.g., SSL encryption) to protect your payment and personal data when you shop online. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems. We are not liable for breach of confidentiality arising from use of insecure personal devices or malicious software on your device.

  1. Breach

If you fail to pay or otherwise breach any of these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel the contract with you without prejudice to any alternative rights or remedies available to us.
