Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location and stock availability.

Yes! You can collect your order from one of our designated collection points.
Simply select Click & Collect at checkout, and we’ll notify you once your order is ready for pickup.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email returns@industriafurniture.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach clear photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes — we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery or collection.
